Updated on January 15, 2024
We are committed to making our website accessible to everyone. If you are having difficulty accessing any part of our website, please contact us for assistance at accessibility@rennacker.com. We welcome your suggestions and comments as we engage in ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility and usability of our website.
Non-Discrimination Policy
Rennacker Studio does not discriminate against clients, or applicants based on actual or perceived age, marital or partnership status, pregnancy, maternity, caregiver status, race (including color, nationality, ethnicity, or national origin), religion, creed, belief, sex, gender, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or the presence of any sensory, mental or physical disability, or the use of a trained guide dog or service animal by a person with a disability, or any other applicable legally protected status.
Clients Seeking Reasonable Accommodation
Rennacker Studio provides reasonable accommodations to clients or employees with documented disabilities to ensure equal access to our services. Reasonable accommodations are determined by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 as amended. Under the law, a disability is defined as an impairment that substantially limits one or more major life functions.
Information pertaining to an applicant’s disability is voluntary and confidential. If this information is supplied, it will be used to reasonably attempt to overcome the effects of conditions that limit the participation of disabled clients. All documentation is reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and accommodations are determined through an interactive and collaborative process between Rennacker Studio and the Client.
All inquiries about accommodations should be made directly to the Accessibility Team (accessibility@rennacker.com). Reasonable accommodations will be made on an individual basis. It is the responsibility of persons with disabilities to seek available assistance and to make their needs known as soon as those needs arise.
