Responsibilities:
As a Designer (Contract) at Rennacker Studio, you will:
Learn and Collaborate: Work closely with our experienced team to understand brand guidelines, design principles, and project requirements.
Digital Ads: Create visually appealing digital ads for various marketing campaigns across platforms like social media, Google Ads, and email marketing.
UX/UI Concepts: Assist in the development of user-friendly and intuitive website concepts, wireframes, and mockups that enhance user experiences.
Print Collateral: Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials that align with our branding and marketing objectives.
Feedback Integration: Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback into design revisions and iterate on projects for continuous improvement.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Figma.
Proficiency in Google Office software such as Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
Knowledge of Squarespace, Slack, and Notion.
Basic understanding of UX/UI and print design principles.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
A portfolio showcasing design projects and creativity is required.
